    (CPV) - Before the conflict in Lybia escalated, especially in the two cities of Tripoli and Bengazi, Head of the Department of Overseas Labour under the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), Nguyen Ngoc Quynh, said that the MOLISA is reporting to the government about measures to protect the safety of Vietnamese labourers in Lybia.
